All that we have, and all that we are, are
gifts from God. These gifts include our time, our talents, our ability to work and to earn, our possessions, our families
and loved ones, the created world, and the precious gifts of life and faith.
God gave us these gifts out of his great love for us.
God’s purpose is that we would be good stewards
or caretakers of these gifts by using them wisely and generously for the glory of God and the building of God’s kingdom.
In freedom, love, justice and thankfulness, without fear or selfishness, we share all that we have and all that we are.
Stewardship is really discipleship.
All that we have received helps us live as the disciples of Jesus.
Christian Disciples are those who respond to Christ’s call and shape their lives in imitation
of Christ’s

to the care of men and women for God’s glory and the service of human kind. In its simplest yet deepest sense,
this is Christian Stewardship.
